Powerful spray cleaning with aqueous cleaning media
The sturdy ROBOMAT cleans parts with different geometries and pollution. Through the immense injection volume, the centrally directed spray jet and the special nozzle geometry of ROBOMAT provides a strong cleaning power. The component drying takes place at this system with the help of the sensible heat of the components.
According to the parts size a model with reasonable working chamber is selected. For intermediate cleaning steps and the cleaning of repair parts, etc., the system is equipped with one bath. As ROBOMAT-U (switchable), with two baths, also higher quality standards are met. Similarly, surfaces can be prepared for painting – e.g. by phosphating with subsequent rinsing of the components.
