Avi Gitlin founded Tech-Knowledge Ltd over thirty years ago, after a diverse career in the Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). He served in several key positions at IAI, including Project Manager of Israel’s first electric fence in Israel’s northern border, and IAI’s
Avi Gitlin founded Tech-Knowledge Ltd over thirty years ago, after a diverse career in the Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). He served in several key positions at IAI, including Project Manager of Israel’s first electric fence in Israel’s northern border, and IAI’s PCB Plant Manager. From his experience as a customer while working at IAI, Avi recognized the need for local, technical support and service for Israel’s hi-tech industries, and thus founded Tech-Knowledge.
Avi is a retired IDF Major and a chemical engineer, and holds a B.Sc. from Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa and a M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.

Holding the rank of Colonel, Itzik had a long and acclaimed career in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he served as an electronics engineer throughout the R&D Unit of the Intelligence Corps, as well as the Head of the Department of Production Technology. Upon ending his service, Itzik focused on the social sector where he founded the Atidim Association and served as the Director General of the Rashi Foundation, one of the largest and most dynamic private foundations in Israel. Itzik later served in the Israeli MOD in a General rank position. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ben Gurion University, an M.A. in Quality Assurance and Reliability from Technion, and a M.B.A. from Ben Gurion.
