METALNOX® M6060 is an effective pre-treatment chemistry for steel parts. It is used prior to coating operations for cleaning and phosphatizing, or strictly phosphatizing. Superior results can be achieved when M6060 is used in a 5-stage (or more) phospating coating line. Metalnox M6060 is a low VOC product.

• For pre-cleaning step, use Metalnox M6314 for improved results
• Greatly enhances adhesion of oil base and powder coat paint
• De-emulsifies to allow oil to separate from the solution
• For effective corrosion protection, add CP90S to the final stage in the process
